AWS are delighted to be working in partnership with Erskine to identify an experienced Database & Administration Manager. The successful candidate will join the award winning Fundraising and Communications Team, at the Erskine Home, Bishopton.  We are seeking a CRM database manager with exceptional IT skills, working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, MS Access and SQL.

The post holder must have the ability to manage and develop relational database technology for financial, fundraising and marketing applications. Specialist expertise in data management, donor stewardship, GDPR and HMRC compliance is required to ensure a successful donor experience.

Key elements of the role include; Analytical and time management skills; Computer based finance & report writing systems; Proven project management experience; Management of the Administration Team to provide high level of donor centred care

High level data manipulation and data segmentation skills are essential to apply for this vacancy in order to successful deliver appeals and campaigns within set time frames.  Excellent budgetary understanding and administrative management skills is also required.

To manage the systems which ensure that the Fundraising Department provides an efficient and professional fundraising service, effective donor and prospect relationship management and delivery of appropriate marketing and communication services for Erskine.

To lead, coordinate and manage the Administration team to provide the highest level of donor centred care and a comprehensive administrative function to the Fundraising Team using the Raisers Edge, Microsoft packages and other programmes fostering a culture of individual and team excellence.
