We are now seeking an ambitious, values-driven Chief Executive with the vision and leadership to set the strategic direction for the years ahead. Working closely with the Board, and a wide range of partners and stakeholders, the new CEO will play a central role in securing the Trust’s long-term sustainability and impact.
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of The Crichton Trust, ensuring the organisation delivers its charitable objectives, maintains strong governance, and remains financially sustainable. Working closely with the Board, partners and stakeholders, the CEO will lead the development of the Trust, manage key relationships, and ensure the long-term stewardship of its assets and purpose.
