Director of Fundraising – A strategic leader responsible for developing and delivering high-impact fundraising strategies to drive income growth. They oversee donor engagement, grant applications, corporate partnerships, and major giving campaigns to ensure financial sustainability.

Head of Income Generation – Focuses on diversifying revenue streams, identifying new funding opportunities, and maximising financial support through various income channels, including fundraising, grants, and commercial activities.

Director of Philanthropy – Cultivates relationships with high-net-worth individuals, major donors, and philanthropic foundations to secure transformational gifts. 

Climate Change Manager – Works on sustainability initiatives, climate adaptation strategies, and policy advocacy to help organisations respond to environmental challenges and build long-term climate resilience.

Director of Development – a senior leadership role primarily responsible for an organisation’s fundraising, revenue generation, and strategic growth. This role is particularly crucial in charities, non-profits, and environmental organisations, where securing funding is essential for sustainability and impact.

Programmes Manager – Leads the design, development, and implementation of programmes that align with an organisation’s mission. This role ensures impact measurement, operational efficiency, and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.

Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Lead – Champions organisational efforts to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace and culture. This role develops and implements EDI strategies, ensuring that policies, recruitment, and internal culture promote diversity, equity, and belonging.

Head of People & Corporate Services – Oversees HR, organisational development, and internal operations, ensuring that people strategies align with business objectives and that the workplace is inclusive, engaging, and high-performing.

Director of Operations – Provides leadership for the day-to-day running of an organisation, ensuring that teams, systems, and processes operate efficiently.

HR Manager – Manages recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and workplace culture. They ensure that policies and practices promote an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Director of Finance – Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and risk management. They provide financial oversight and strategic input to support long-term financial health and sustainability.

Director of Marketing & Communications – Leads the development of brand strategy, public relations, and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility, engagement, and fundraising success.
